Privacy notice

Sophie Jordan Photography is responsible for the personal details you give us. ICO registration number: [ICO REGISTRATION NUMBER TO CONFIRM].

When you request a shoot we collect your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the shoot location and postcode, any notes you add, and any purchase order details.

We use your details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange the shoot and invoice for it.

The shoot postcode is sent to Google to calculate the road distance for travel costs. Availability is checked against Sophie's own calendar. None of your details are shared with the calendar.

Your details are stored securely in our booking system. We never sell them or use them for marketing.

We keep records of booked work for six years, as financial records must be kept for HMRC, then delete them. Requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@sophiejordan.co.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
